What are the qualities of a good police plan?

Work values are a very important aspect of career planning- My work values are; Honesty, Respect, Leadership, and Teamwork. While there are other aspects that are important to me, I value these the most. Honesty and Respect are some of the most important values that a Police Officer needs to have while working.
