A non-temple wedding is open to anyone -- whether youre a Church of Latter-day Saints member or not. You dont need a temple recommend, and a local bishop at any Mormon church can officiate your wedding.

Can a non Mormon go to a Mormon church?

Non-Mormons and Mormons without a temple recommend are not allowed into the temple. Non-Mormons are, however, welcome to attend the Latter-day Saints chapels, where weekly Sunday services and meetings take place.

Are Mormons allowed to kiss non Mormons?

Since Mormons strive to meet the goal of eternal marriage, they also make their own individual standards to help them to stay chaste (sexually pure). Some Mormons may choose not to kiss anyone while in high school and will wait until they are ready to date seriously in consideration of marriage later on.
