According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight, a large majority of Indian respondents did not use any mobile dating applications in September 2020. However, among those that did use them, about 47 percent of respondents between the ages of 25 and 34 years used mobile dating applications in the country.

What ages use dating apps?

According to the findings, 14 percent of respondents between the ages of 18 to 34 years stated that they were currently using a dating website or app, while in comparison only nine percent of respondents between the ages of 35 to 54 years reported similar responses.
