Who will enter heaven according to the Bible?

Jesus states in Matthew 7:21-23: “Not everyone who says to Me, Lord, Lord, shall enter the kingdom of Heaven”, yet there are some who teach salvation by “faith only”, i.e. as long as someone believes, he/she will be saved.

Where in the Bible does it say we go straight to heaven?

As the Apostle Paul wrote, “Now I know in part; then I shall know fully” (1 Corinthians 13:12). However, the Bible certainly does indicate that when we die we enter immediately into Gods presence if we belong to Christ.
