Both brands are reputable and reliable as well. Seiko has something for everyone from inexpensive mechanical watches to high end quartz (Grand Seiko). Bulova is a bit more limited in styles. If you want a super accurate and affordable quartz watch, the Bulova Precisionist line cant be beat.
